She feels very fortunate to be a young black woman who writes for passion, to pay bills and as a career. Her dream is to build her own multi-media company, which will take stories from the margins of SA (townships, farms, rural) and produce them in inter\/national platforms. Lena Astarte Posch is a multimedia artist from Germany, mainly working in the fields of visual and performative arts. She is currently studying at the University of Arts in Berlin, has worked and studied in Berlin, Istanbul and Cape Town. In her practice she is often focusing on the structures of how narratives are formed and by whom. She is interested in investigating collaborative and cosmopolitan approaches of narration and non-narration and forms of storytelling and the space between the mundane and the magic. Her work happens often at the intersection of documentation, fiction and philosophy. Ethnique Nicole Leonards comes from Athlone in the City of Cape Town. Her passions include art, creating and singing her own original music. In 2017 she will be releasing her album Echoes of Ezaeth.
